Associate Partner – M&A Advisory and Transformation Delivery

Experience in setting up M&A advisory practice with a dedicated P&L

• Ability to build, scale, and coach the global M&A advisory team
• Ability to advise and consult customers on M&A Transactions – TSA, Cost Synergy, Due Diligence
• Understanding of delivering an Operating model for the integrated or divested organization
• Plan and deliver day 1 integration/separation
• Experience in delivering short-term and long-term synergy for the CIO office
• Business advisory expertise for the overall integration or divestment process
• Skilled in any of the following Life Sciences, Logistics, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing
• IT Technology M&A Experience
