S4 Hanna Retail Senior Project/Programme Manager

You design and manage complete enterprise solutions. You demonstrate leadership of topics in the architect community and show a passion for technology and business acumen. You work as a stream lead at CIO/CTO level in a major client organization. You will lead the Consulting operations relating to market development and/or service delivery excellence. You are seen as a role model in the community:

• Proven experience working as a Program Manager on an IS-Retail (SAP FMS / SAP S4 retail / SAP IS Retail / SAP AFS) deployment

• Experience in liaising with stakeholders in senior client positions
• Deep understanding of ERP project methodologies, phases and activities
• Experience in delivering good governance of ERP implementations, including in risk mitigation, dependency management and effective programme planning
• Have experience managing teams including onsite, offshore and third parties to deliver ERP projects
• Have experience in handling complex project dependencies to drive successful client outcomes
• A good understanding of various SAP Retail components – S/4 Hana, F&R, CAR / PMR, SNC, MDG, VIM, BODS
• Retail industry experience – understanding of retail legacy systems
• Excellent customer-facing experience
• Enterprise level understanding
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong executive presence and ability to interact with CxO level
• Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required
• Ability to articulate and present different points of views on various technologies
